You have the right to cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds for cancelled orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been processed for shipment. In such cases, you may return the items following our standard return policy after receiving them.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to a reduced refund or may not be eligible for return at our discretion. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
